Before anything else, determine the purpose.

One of the key essential tips in planning an out-of-town event is to know the purpose of the trip. With that in mind, it will be easier for you to break down everything you will need from start to finish. Is it mainly for the team to get to know each other better? To survey a certain area? Or plainly to give the employees a change of scenery? The answer to these questions will help you determine the best concept and format for the big day.

Make a budget scheme.

If you plan on holding your event at a beach destination like Boracay, Palawan, or Bohol, best to choose a week during the summer season. If you want to give everyone a breather in Tagaytay, then the –ber months are your best bet.
