Minami Saki By Astoria specializes in authentic and traditional Japanese cuisine, serving a variety of dishes ranging from fresh sashimi to the best-selling aburi sushi. Launched in August 2014, it is the The Astoria Group’s first foray into food service outside of its hotel properties.

Bringing his expertise to the helm of Minami Saki By Astoria was the late Executive Chef Kimito Katagiri. With his three decades of experience at some of the country’s finest restaurants, including Ginza (Manila Hotel), Inagiku (Makati Shangri-La), and Yanagi (Midas Hotel and Casino), his signature menu is the embodiment of genuine Japanese dining at its finest.
